Delivery
Every print is made after you order it. That means there are two parts to the wait: the time we take to print and frame it, and the time it spends with the courier. We show both, because the second number on its own would be misleading.

Where it is made and sent from
Printing, framing and dispatch all happen in the United Kingdom. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas, and nothing is posted from outside the UK.
We do not deliver outside the UK yet
Framed glass is awkward and expensive to send abroad and we would rather not quote a delivery time we cannot keep. If you are outside the UK, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived 10 working days after you placed it, email sales@walryvo.com with your order number. If it arrives damaged, send us a photograph and we will remake and resend it at our cost — you do not need to return a broken one first.
Buy 2, get 1 free
Add any three prints to your basket and the cheapest of the three costs nothing. It applies across the whole range — framed and unframed, any sizes, mixed however you like.
- The discount is applied automatically in your basket. There is no code to enter.
- In every group of three, the cheapest item is free. Six prints means the two cheapest are free, nine means the three cheapest, and so on.
- Nothing is marked up for the offer. Every print is sold at its normal price, listed on its own page, and the free item is a genuine reduction against that price.
- It applies to the goods only. Delivery is free to the United Kingdom in any case, and we do not deliver anywhere else.
- Your statutory rights are unaffected. If you return part of an order and that takes it below three prints, we refund what you paid for the items you keep at their normal price.
